“Treat Your Teammates As Geniuses”

Hey, I just updated the Radical Agreement website with a new mantra that has great application to the workplace. The concept of treating your teammates as geniuses is ubiquitous throughout the improv comedy world. Sometimes it is twisted to “Make your teammates look like geniuses”. Generally the same concept but with maybe a slight tweak to the mindset being advised.

In any case, it’s no wonder that living and dying by such a mantra helps to build fantastic teams on the stage and elsewhere. Check out my post about it with links to suggested improv exercises for the office with which to share the mantra here:
